What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close new business within assigned territory
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop proposals and drive deals through full sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of outside sales experience (landscaping/property services preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Organized with solid pipeline management skills
- Valid driver’s license
