A reputable, well-established Accounting Firm in Lancaster is looking for a growth-oriented senior leader to lead their Mechanicsburg office and drive market expansion. This role serves as the face of the firm locally—providing office leadership, strengthening key client relationships, and generating new business across Audit, Tax, and Advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor office team members while fostering a high-performance culture
- Execute strategic growth initiatives and local market development
- Develop new business and expand referral networks
- Maintain and grow a book of business
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients
- Ensure quality control and adherence to professional standards
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 15 years of public accounting experience (Audit, Tax, or Advisory)
