Overview
Monneus Group is seeking a Manpower and Personnel Staff Representative to support the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) J1 at Naval Station Norfolk, VA. This role provides strategic human resources and manpower management support, integrating military and federal civilian human capital best practices to advance the JECC mission. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic workforce planning and manpower requirements analysis; research best practices and propose strategic frameworks for leadership
- Execute human resources tasks integrating military personnel management and federal civilian human resources
- Provide Force Management and Tracking System (FMTS) support
- Maintain proficiency in authorized joint HR systems
- Serve as liaison to service components on personnel and entitlement issues
- Analyze human resources data and develop recommendations for leadership
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of Federal government experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated expertise in both military personnel management (assignments, promotions, evaluations) and federal civilian human resources (recruitment, classification, employee relations)
- Active Secret security clearance (required to start; maintained for the life of the contract)
- U.S. citizenship required
Experience
- Experience on a Joint, Combatant Command (CCMD), or Service-level staff is a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
Work Environment
- On-site at Naval Station Norfolk, VA (Hampton Roads)
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
