We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage customer communication across multiple channels and ensure a smooth, reliable support experience. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and takes full ownership of their work.
Key Details:
- Type: Part-time (potential for transition to full-time)
- Location: Remote / Hybrid (NJ, CT, or MA required)
- Hours: Starting at 25 hours/week, with potential to grow to 40 hours
- Handle inbound customer phone calls via RingCentral
- Respond to customer inquiries across:
- Email/ticketing system (Zendesk)
- SMS (Klaviyo)
- Messaging platforms (Meta and other channels)
- Maintain and manage ticket queues to prevent backlog
- Proactively follow up on open or unresolved tickets
- Coordinate with store locations and warehouse teams to:
- Check inventory availability
- Verify order status
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all channels
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary
- RingCentral (phone support)
- Zendesk (ticketing system)
- Walmart Customer Messaging
- Meta messaging platforms
- Google Reviews (responses)
- Klaviyo (SMS communication)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortably handle phone, email, and messaging support simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to take ownership and follow through without reminders
- Comfortable switching between multiple tools and platforms
- Reliable and consistent with response times
- Experience with customer support tools or CRM systems
- Experience in e-commerce or retail
- Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles
