Monmouth RehabNursing is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
