Monmouth Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey requirements.

Lead, develop, and support department managers and staff.
Qualifications:
Active state Nursing Home Administrator license required.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
