Monmouth College seeks applications for the position of Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations in the Office of Admission. This position is offered as a fully on-campus or hybrid role.

As a member of the Office of Admission, the Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations will join an exciting, supportive, and motivated team of professionals who strive to engage and support future Monmouth College students by providing a high-touch communications, outreach, and integrated systems experience. Primary duties include maintaining, designing, and configuring the Slate CRM with the goals of providing a great user experience for our prospective students and applicants and for creating system solutions for our admission staff and strategic campus partners to directly engage and recruit students to Monmouth College. Such duties include, but are not limited to, building out engaging communication flows, creating technology solutions that better enable our counselors/campus partners to connect with prospective students, customizing the new student portal to guide applicants toward the next step in the admission and enrollment process, and building real-time reports that support decision-making across the campus community. The successful candidate will have an enterprising attitude combined with a strong attention to detail, as the position requires maintenance and transfer of critical and sensitive data of our prospective students and applicants.

Salary and title are offered commensurate with experience.
