What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Systems Technician position at Monmouth Cardiology Associates, LLC?
Requires a minimum of one year of IT experience.
The position is based in our Eatontown, NJ office and requires travel to our Freehold NJ, Monroe NJ and Somerset NJ offices, as needed. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, plus overtime, as needed.
Primary Job Functions:
Maintain, install, upgrade, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, computer software and peripherals.
Support Users and troubleshoot their issues.
Perform server administration tasks, including user/group/computer administration, security permissions assignments, research event logs warnings and errors, resource monitoring, backups, patching and software/services updates.
Perform hosted administration tasks, O365, Windstream Enterprise VoIP and other hosted services.
Work independently on projects and provide status when requested.
Perform other IT and non-IT related functions or projects as required.
Requirements:
Must be reliable, professional, have strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
CompTIA A , Microsoft Certification or equivalent experience.
Experience with computer equipment, common software, basic networking, VoIP, O365 and printer installation and support.
