About The Role
As an Integrated Executive Producer at Monks, you will lead content production across creative film and post-production, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI and emerging production technologies into our workflows. You’ll manage a local production team and oversee projects from inception to delivery, handling timing, budgeting, resourcing, and new business intakes and pitches, while building client relationships and driving efficient, future-ready production processes.

About The Role
As an Integrated Executive Producer at Monks, you will lead content production across creative film and post-production, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI and emerging production technologies into our workflows. You’ll manage a local production team and oversee projects from inception to delivery, handling timing, budgeting, resourcing, and new business intakes and pitches, while building client relationships and driving efficient, future-ready production processes.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategic Oversight
- Serve as the primary production lead for major national accounts, owning relationships across a diverse slate of projects from quick-turn deliverables to large-scale productions.
- Stay current on content production technologies, especially AI, Unreal Engine, and CGI to keep the team at the forefront of industry developments.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand scope, improve workflows, and deliver added value.
- Develop and execute production strategies from intake to final delivery across broadcast, digital, social, and other channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead innovation with AI and other emerging tools to evolve workflows and create scalable, future-ready production models in collaboration with our technologists.
- Own timelines, budgets, resourcing, and risk management; adapt approaches based on project scale, budget, and complexity.
- Manage and mentor producers and senior producers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and career growth.
- Maintain a solutions-oriented culture that empowers the team to problem-solve and take initiative.
- Build strong working relationships across Monks’ global production teams to leverage internal capabilities.
- Partner with the Head of Production and Operations Director to align production strategy with business goals.
- Own production budgeting, forecasting, and margin management for accounts, with a focus on cost control and profitability.
- Establish and refine scalable processes, templates, and best practices to support efficiency and consistency.
- Approach challenges with flexibility and a practical, can-do attitude in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production models, exploring new tools, partners, and workflows to enhance speed, quality, and value.
- Lead with accountability, resilience, and optimism in a high-visibility role.

- Film Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of film language, shooting, and post-production workflows.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Strong client-facing presentation and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating with ambiguity; stress-tolerant and quick-thinking under pressure.
- Technological Aptitude: Demonstrated interest or experience with AI, Unreal Engine, and CGI; ability to drive tech-led production approaches.
- Travel & Office: Willingness to travel occasionally and work in-office as needed.
