General Requirements, we are looking for:

Sales Advisor and Shop Tech Job Role:
· Participate in an awesome work environment.
· Promote a healthy, professional, and high customer service atmosphere.
· Understand and use computer based point of sales systems
· Use Microsoft office and computer software to update documents, and maintain records.
· Perform light service and maintenance on bicycles including:
· · Understanding customer service needs and checking in bicycles for service
· · Lifting bicycles into repair stands
· · Installing accessories such as bells, baskets, cup holders, and lights
· · Diagnosing basic issues tire, brake, shifting issues and refering to service department if needed
· · Putting air in tires, fixing flat tires, basic gear, and brake adjustments
Ideal candidates should:
· have outstanding hospitality, customer service, and customer facing skills
· have a background in cycling and knowledge of mountain, road, and casual riding, and basic bicycle maintenance.
· Be familiar with cycling on St Simons Island and activities in the area
· Have retail, order, inventory, and operations experience
· Be computer savvy and comfortable with point-of-sale, online customer applications,
· Have great teaming skills and partner with staff and helping maintain a great work environment
· Ability to be on feet all day, and be able to safely lift bikes, and manage inventory.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
