MAINTENANCE

•

Perform general maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, patching walls, and painting touch-ups.

•

Assist with repairs to furniture, equipment, and basic plumbing or electrical components, as directed by management.

•

Complete deep-cleaning tasks in high-traffic and hard-to-reach areas, including behind kitchen equipment, walk-ins, and storage spaces.

•

Sweep, mop, pressure wash, and maintain exterior and interior grounds, including sidewalks, patios, and loading areas.  

•

Safely handle, operate, and maintain tools, ladders, and light power equipment.

•

Monitor facility conditions and report equipment failures, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly to management.

•

Move, lift, or carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) such as furniture, appliances, supplies, or deliveries, as needed.

•

Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries or equipment shipments. Constructing equipment as needed.

•

Respond to urgent maintenance requests from management.

•

Ensure compliance with safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals, ladders, or mechanical equipment.

•

Work efficiently and independently while maintaining communication with the management team regarding completed tasks and ongoing needs.

•

Notify managers of need for major repairs. 

•

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and supplies are stored properly after use. 

•

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations.

•

Report for work on time and in appropriate attire, and follow all company policies regarding attendance, conduct, and safety. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

•

Maintain confidentiality and protect access to sensitive information, including company data, employee records, and customer details, by following all protocols and preventing unauthorized access or disclosure.

•

No experience necessary, but six months to one year of related maintenance, janitorial, facilities, or laborer experience is preferred.
