Automotive Technician – Monkey Wrenches (Brentwood, CA)
Hourly production bonus | $75,000–$100,000 earning potential
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

The kind of technician this role is for
You're not here to be someone's "helper." You're here because you can handle real work, keep production moving, and still do it clean.
This is a great fit if you:
- are strong at bumper-to-bumper repair and can work independently
- can handle services, brakes, suspension, cooling, steering, and general repair
- can perform solid testing when a job needs it (scan tools, electrical fundamentals, real problem-solving)
- write clear notes and communicate findings like a professional
A/C experience is a big plus
MACS 609 certification preferred.
Pay structure
- Hourly pay plus production bonus (performance-based, not flat-rate roulette)
- Weekly pay
- Earning potential: $75,000–$100,000 depending on experience and production

Requirements
- Valid CA driver's license insurable driving record
- Own tools needed to perform the job
- Ability to read/write clear repair notes and recommendations
- ASE certs are a plus (or a real interest in earning them)
