Speech-Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for pediatric feeding and swallowing to join our team.

Why This Position?

We currently have the patient demand to provide approximately 50% of your caseload in pediatric feeding therapy, with the remainder consisting of speech and language services. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys treating feeding disorders while maintaining a varied pediatric caseload.

Whether your passion is infant feeding, oral motor dysfunction, sensory-based feeding challenges, pediatric dysphagia, or ARFID, you'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to outstanding patient outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP)
• pediatric experience preferred
• Experience evaluating and treating pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based feeding interventions

Roles & ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care using evidence-based practices.
• Treat children with feeding disorders, including oral motor, sensory, behavioral, and swallowing challenges.
• Provide speech and language therapy as appropriate for assigned patients.
• Educate caregivers during every treatment session and develop practical home programs.
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members both verbally and in writing.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings, mentoring opportunities, and continuing education.
• Contribute ideas that improve patient care, clinic programs, and company growth.
• Meet productivity expectations while maintaining exceptional quality of care.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Utilize company software systems efficiently, including the electronic medical record.
• Complete scheduling and documentation in a timely manner.
• Submit payroll information and time-off requests as required.
• Review and utilize appropriate billing codes.
• Maintain accurate productivity reporting.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, transfer, or assist children weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday while providing therapy.
