Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at our new, Mansfield, TX location. The Occupational Therapist will play a vital role in assessing and treating children with various developmental and physical needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, collaborating with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team, and documenting progress to achieve desired outcomes. The role is focused on pediatric care, working in an engaging and supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and expertise in working with children
- Excellent Communication skills for interaction with children, families, and team members
- Understanding of basic principles of Medicine as they relate to therapy
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Texas
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a pediatric setting
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered and compassionate care
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
