Required:
-21 yrs. and over (SB 21)
-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Reliable transportation
-Customer service and cash handling experience
-Primarily hiring for the weekends Saturdays and Sundays
Training Pay: $8.50
Regular Pay: $9.00
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional assistance to customers
