- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
- Help in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying when replenishment is needed
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Experience:
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling and hospitality practices
