Position Summary
We’re looking for a Bilingual Account Manager (English/Spanish) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for healthcare and IT professionals purchasing enterprise workstations and medical imaging monitors. You’ll manage inbound leads, provide tailored solutions, and ensure clients receive exceptional service from first contact to post-delivery support.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role that blends sales, account management, and cross-department collaboration. You must be fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus) and available to work during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Respond to inbound leads, prepare detailed quotes, and guide clients on optimal workstation-monitor configurations.
- Manage opportunities in the CRM, forecast pipeline metrics, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct product demos, present solutions clearly, and negotiate payment terms or contracts.
- Resolve client issues quickly while keeping communication proactive and transparent.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and develop account strategies to retain and grow business.
- Share feedback with product and marketing teams to improve campaigns and offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5 years of B2B account management or consultative sales experience with proven results.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to conduct business conversations in both languages. (French is a strong plus.)
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise computer hardware and/or medical imaging solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Excel).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong time-management skills; able to balance multiple accounts while working independently.
- Availability during U.S. Central business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling IT equipment, enterprise hardware, or medical imaging products.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfilment, shipping processes, and financing models.
- Experience collaborating with digital marketing teams.
- Professional proficiency in French and experience working in multilingual environments.
