Join our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Team! We’re hiring dependable Alarm Dispatchers to respond to alarm signals for homes and businesses. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and want great benefits, this is the job for you.
Pay: $13.25 – $14.75/hr
Shifts Available (Immediate Openings):
- 1st shift: 7a – 3p, Thurs - Sat & 8a - 4p Sun & Monday (Tues/Wed off)
- 3rd Shift: 11p - 9a, Thurs-Sun ( Mon - Wed off)
Training: 3 weeks (paid)
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and verify alarm signals
- Dispatch emergency responders when needed
- Provide excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Basic computer and typing skills (30 WPM)
- Dependable with stable work history
- Able to pass background and drug screening
- Emotional control and professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Must be available for on-call rotation, weekends, and some holidays
