Facilities Supervisor

As the Facilities Supervisor at Monin, you will lead the upkeep of Monin’s Clearwater facility and offsite warehouses.  This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising contractors and vendors, planning preventive maintenance activities for the facility, and ensuring a safe, clean and efficient work environment.  This role is the primary person responsible for performing hands-on maintenance, as well as will prioritizing work orders, managing facility improvement projects ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with company standards.

What You’ll Do

·       Supervise the day-to- day maintenance and operation of the Clearwater facility and satellite warehouses.

·       Primary person responsible for performing facility repairs including plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance as needed.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for employee facility questions, facility vendors, contractors, and service providers.

·       Coordinate, schedule, and oversee contractors and outside service providers, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects.

·       Conduct routine facility inspections, identify maintenance and safety concerns, and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions.

·       Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules within the CMMS.

·       Promote continuous improvement with a proactive mindset while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, food safety, quality, SQF requirements, and all company policies.

·       Communicate effectively and working well with leadership, internal departments, contractors, and vendors to support business operations and respond to facility needs.

·       Provide flexibility to support planned maintenance, contractor oversight, and emergency repairs outside normal business hours, including regular weekend work as business needs require.

·       Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Other Qualifications & Considerations

• 5 plus years of experience in Industrial/ Building Maintenance.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and maintenance service agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.

• Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience is preferred
• An intense focus on safety and maintenance
• Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills required
• Works well in a team environment
