About the Opportunity
As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Monin, you will deliver outstanding service to Monin’s international B2B customers as well as providing support to Monin’s international sales team. Entering orders, answering customer questions, obtaining and completing specialized export documentation and certificates, communicating backorders, creating labels for international shipping, entering customer complaints, return authorizations, and interacting with other departments and team members are the core responsibilities. Exceptional professionalism is required along with a detail-oriented approach to managing customer expectations, including issue escalation and resolution. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and possess the ability to effectively manage customer expectations under even the most challenging circumstances. Managing workload so that all tasks are accomplished completely, accurately, and on time is essential. Additionally, this candidate will have strong communication skills and be well-trained in product knowledge and company policies. This position entails extensive oral and written communication skills. The Customer Service Representative Export reports to the Senior Manager Customer Service.
What You’ll Do
- B2B customer service in both English and Spanish –receive and enter orders; respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues , print and send documents to various countries/in-country agencies and interact with various departments to successfully fulfill/manage customer expectations.
- Learn and use customer relationship management platform to effectively support sales requests
- Gain and maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and provided to customers and the sales team
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services along with pricing
- Supports international sales team as well as other customer service team members as needed
- Upholds and inspires adoption of company values.

Other Qualifications & Considerations
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- High School Diploma
- Two years’ experience in a customer service position, preferably working with international customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Display professionalism at all times
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills & problem-solving skills
- Ability to process information to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers' specific needs
- Advanced MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of ERP systems a plus
- Flexible and works well under pressure, independently or as part of a team
- Ability to perform some mathematical calculations
- Takes initiative and thinks ahead to next steps
- Deadline oriented
