This is a senior, revenue-generating role suited to an experienced legal recruiter who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment, managing complex mandates across associate and partner-level hiring.

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Drive new business within your specialist vertical
- Build a strong, credible network across the legal market
- Support and mentor junior consultants where appropriate
- Proven experience in legal recruitment (ideally US market)
- Track record of consistent high billing
- Experience placing within AmLaw firms
- Strong client ownership and business development skills
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex searches
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a market
- Base salary up to $110,000
- Highly competitive uncapped commission
