As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Monica Hursey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Assist with customer retention strategies and promote successful and long-lasting customer relations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- State Property and casualty license required within 30 days of hire. Licensing fees will be reimbursed after 180 days.
