- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care
Skills:
- Proficiency in dental software systems like Opendental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures in a dental office
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Experience as a medical receptionist or in medical administrative support is preferred
