Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in Moore, OK. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and leading team members to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational goals.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance performance.
• Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and employee attendance.
