*Responsibilities*
- Oversee the dining area and ensure smooth operations during service
- Train, mentor, and supervise servers to maintain high standards of service
- Assist with guest seating and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Support servers with food preparation, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness
- Drive sales through suggestive selling techniques and promoting specials
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or nightclub setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for handling payments
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and guest relations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist team members and help wherever needed
