Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior washing, including vehicle paint correction and buffing to restore a vehicle’s pristine appearance
- Conduct detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and dashboard polishing
- Utilize automotive buffers and cleaning equipment safely and effectively to achieve professional results
- Apply safe work practices during heavy lifting, equipment handling, and when working with vehicle paint correction products
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance standards at all times during service appointments
- Operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles with precision and care
- Follow all auto detailing procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality work and customer safety
Experience
- Prior experience in auto detailing or a related auto care environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with vehicle exterior washing, buffing, paint correction, and interior detailing techniques
- Knowledge of safe work practices, janitorial or custodial experience, and the use of cleaning equipment is highly advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during service tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
