Job Description

• Working with our Marketing, Lending, and Customer Service Managers to ensure company objectives and targets are met.
• Creating and actively updating collections and settlement reports to:
• Analyze trends in loan book performance.
• Undertake continuous improvement of our underwriting criteria (and automated decision engine criteria).
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Working with the Underwriting Team Leaders & Quality Assurance Officer to ensure lending underwriting agents meet KPIs.
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with creating marketing performance reports, and customer segmentation for marketing campaigns.

To qualify, you must have the following experience:

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in Salesforce or a similar CMS.
• Formal education or relevant experience in Business/Finance (New graduates welcome to apply!).
• Experience communicating with mid-level management at financial service companies is preferred.

Your current skills should include:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at one time.
• Must be a critical thinker and be able to problem solve.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Motivated to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
