Security Specialist

Job Overview:
We have an immediate opening for a Security Specialist at our Eagle Idaho office. Duties include facility oversight, emergency response, employee training, and other security related responsibilities. Security Specialist’s will report directly to the Head of Security.

The schedule for this position will be:

• Wednesday through Saturday, (4) 10 hour shifts
• The schedule will be discussed during the phone interview

We are looking for highly motivated and conscientious candidates who have:

• Previous law enforcement, military and/or security experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• High levels of accountability and integrity
• Respectful and professional demeanor
• The ability to pass an extensive background screening, including:
• Background criminal screening
• Credit check (a good credit score is required)
• Drug screening
• Psychological screening (Pre-employment)
• Firearm qualification

Qualifications for this position include:

• Be trainable and reliable
• Willing to follow directives, work within policy & procedures, and applicable law
• Display sound judgment
• Willing to work within both team and independent environments
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time as well as walking on a regular basis (capable of frequent stair climbing)
