Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Washington, D.C.; Hybrid after 90 days
Status: Full-time; Exempt
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Typical Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; Hybrid after 90 days

Position Description
Monex USA is looking for HR Coordinator to join our growing company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in Human Resources.
The HR Coordinator will, once fully trained, take on ownership of various day-to-day processes while also collaborating with the HR team, company leadership, and all personnel to create a cohesive and supportive work environment that fosters employee growth and organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Own the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, department records, and directory. Report relevant changes to Payroll (i.e benefit changes, bonus payouts, pay change, ect)
- Process employee benefit changes
- Support and eventually own the goal setting and performance review process
- Support the HR department with compliance, policy adjustment, compliance filings, and staff trainings (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Plan and oversee employee events
- Answer employee questions
- Pull ad hoc reports from HRIS
- Support HR teammates as needed (tasks may include recruiting, training, employment relations, ect)
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- 2-5 years of corporate office experience
- 1-3 years of HR or relevant experience

Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, pending experience, with a 10% annual bonus.
