The Monett R-1 School District is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Volleyball Coach for Monett High School for the 2026–2027 school year.
The ideal candidate will possess strong volleyball knowledge, a passion for developing student-athletes, and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes both on and off the court. This individual will work closely with the Head Coach to support all aspects of the volleyball program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in planning and starting daily practices

Supporting skill development and athlete growth

Traveling with the team and riding the bus to away contests

Helping organize and manage various components of the volleyball program
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills and have a clear plan for athlete development. Knowledge of MSHSAA rules and bylaws as they pertain to volleyball is required.
