Your core expertise & skills
- Proven Ad Tech / SaaS Experience: You have proven success within Ad Tech and / or successfully empowered a team to market and/or sell complex B2B deep tech solutions.
- Hybrid Leadership: Experience managing both Marketing and Sales functions. You know how to use storytelling to convert leads and grease the sales funnel for a streamlined partner experience.
- Transformational Leadership: You don’t just manage headcounts; you build careers. You have a proven track record of identifying raw talent, coaching them through the trenches and transforming individual contributors into future leaders.
- Results First Mindset: You can point to specific examples where your direct intervention led to measurable revenue growth.
