What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Monem Enterprises?
Current Position hiring is for Part-Time but could change to Full Time subject to changes in our workload.
General Responsibilities:
Answering and route Phones Calls to appropriate department
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
Assist Leasing Agent with Advertising vacancies, showing properties and developing positive relationships with prospects and currents tenants.
Assist Property Manager with the day to day operation and tenant relations through the coordination of tenant requests and administration of maintenance services
Maintaining calendar
Create Notices/ memos to tenants.
Strong Interpersonal skills- ability to interact professional with supervisors, tenants, vendor, and maintenance teams
Bilingual (English and Spanish) must be able to speak and write in both languages efficiently
Proficiency with word processing and MAC/Apple software
Efficient organizational and multi-tasking skills
Effective time management
Effective communications skills
Some knowledge of property management and maintenance scheduling, but not required we will train.
Some knowledge of Tenant and Property Managment laws and guidelines, but not required we will train
Some knowledge of Appfolio software/system but not necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide alternating days to ensure COVID-19 safety among staff. We are a small family office with not many employees and no visitors at our physical place of business. Work may also be done remote or in field.

- Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
