My client, a rapidly expanding hedge fund, is looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer into it's New York office.
They are capitalising on consecutive years of stellar performance and expanding their presence in the US, having already built out their operations in London. With AUM over doubling in the past 2 years, this is truly an exciting time to join.
They are looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer to cover all aspects of compliance for the business. The role reports to the GC and will take over the compliance remit. There is junior resource in their London office to handle the BAU, so the focus of this role will be on trading advisory, across all of their strategies. There is a clear progression path to CCO from day one.
The ideal candidate will have buy-side compliance experience, ideally with coverage across a variety of asset classes. A JD is a plus, but not required.
My client will pay a lucrative comp package to the right candidate, ideally in the $350-400k total comp range.
