A leading private credit investment firm is looking to hire a senior Operations professional into its New York team as the business continues to expand across lending and structured credit strategies.
The firm has built a highly institutional platform focused on private credit investing across a broad range of products and markets. Operating within a collaborative environment, investment, operations, finance and technology teams work closely together to support transaction activity, portfolio management and ongoing platform growth.
This is a broad front-to-back operations role with responsibility for supporting the full lifecycle of private credit investments. The position covers trade support, lifecycle event processing, cash and position reconciliations, deal closings, funding coordination, financing oversight, and interaction with agents, servicers, custodians and counterparties across a range of private credit products.
A key aspect of the role involves enhancing operational infrastructure and improving scalability as the platform continues to grow. The team works closely with technology and investment professionals to automate workflows, strengthen controls and drive operational efficiency. Candidates with experience across private credit operations, loan administration or structured credit products, alongside exposure to systems such as Geneva, will be particularly well suited.
The role offers broad exposure to direct lending, syndicated loans, asset-backed structures and other complex credit products, while providing significant interaction with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
