What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Technical Recruiter position at Mondo?
We’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Boston team! To note - this role is primarily remote / onsite 1x per week.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and build a strong candidate pipeline of technical professionals nationwide
- Own the full recruiting process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
- Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to engage top talent
- Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer
What You Bring:
- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in a sales centric/recruiting environment (not a must have)
- Strong communication and people skills - you build trust fast
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset - you like to win and help others win
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping details tight
- Confidence picking up the phone and driving results through outreach
