Job Description:
The client is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for internal sales and recruiting roles, delivering high-caliber talent that fuels organizational growth.
Job Summary
•Own full-cycle recruiting for internal sales and recruiting positions, from intake through offer acceptance
•Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
•Partner with sales leadership to align on team needs, culture, and performance benchmarks
•Build and maintain a warm pipeline of top sales and recruiting talent across key markets
•Conduct in-depth screening calls to evaluate candidates on competency and culture fit
•Manage candidate experience with urgency and a high-touch communication approach
•Track pipeline activity and recruiting metrics in the ATS to support data-informed decisions
Minimum Requirements:
•2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales, staffing, or agency environments
•Proven ability to close competitive candidates in a fast-moving, high-volume setting
•Strong proactive sourcing instincts with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience recruiting specifically for sales or revenue-generating roles
•Comfort operating with ambiguity and autonomy, without close oversight
•Competitive, coachable mindset with a genuine passion for matching people to opportunities
