Role Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee wireless service delivery projects in Georgia. This role combines remote work with up to 40% onsite travel to ensure end-to-end execution of network deployment and site development initiatives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local market real estate expert, supporting field activities like LOAs, rooftop expansions, and permitting.
- Oversee all phases of deployment: site acquisition, leasing, engineering, permitting, project management, and construction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and market-level deployment updates.
- Deliver accurate market reporting, forecasts, and project statuses in both internal and client-facing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold service delivery expectations and contractual obligations.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 years of wireless service delivery and telecom project/vendor management experience.
- Proven expertise in network deployment, site acquisition, and/or construction management.
- Strong understanding of customer contracts, standards, and wireless infrastructure equipment.
- Experience with construction drawings and permitting.
- Ability to travel up to 40% locally.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with tools like SiterraUS and client-side systems.
- Familiarity with RF design standards and post-NTP project phases.
- Prior work with high-volume telecom rollout projects.
