Job Description:
Lead product strategy and execution focused on user identity and access features, including efforts to monetize account sharing for a major streaming platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy for user authentication and access.
- Lead cross-functional discovery and product development.
- Design and manage A/B tests for optimization.
- Collaborate with design, research, and data science teams.
- Develop detailed product documentation and track performance metrics.
- Report product impact and continuous improvement plans.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 2 years in product roles for subscription-based products.
- 4 years in full-cycle product development.
- 1 year experience with experimentation or A/B testing.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with streaming media industry.
- Strong understanding of competitive streaming platforms.
- Experience launching apps on partner platforms.
- Strategic roadmap planning and analytics proficiency.
- Strong soft skills including emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership.
