Job Description:
High-volume People Operations role supporting employee services, HR systems, and process optimization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role supports the People Services function by managing high-volume operational HR tasks and employee support tickets. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, thrives in startup environments, and can independently handle large workloads while continuously improving processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of employee tickets in a Jira-based system
Perform HRIS updates and administrative tasks in Workday
Conduct extensive data entry and spreadsheet management
Provide employee-facing support and resolve inquiries with accuracy
Execute repetitive operational tasks with exceptional attention to detail
Support onboarding and contractor onboarding/offboarding processes
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities using AI tools
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in tech, SaaS, or software companies
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Extreme attention to detail and high accuracy under pressure
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Advanced comfort with spreadsheets and data management
- Process improvement mindset
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools
- Must be located on the East Coast
- Manage high volume of people tickets (Jira-based ticketing system) - this will be the majority of the daily work
- Handle administrative tasks in Workday (HRIS system)
- Perform data entry and work extensively with spreadsheets
- Provide employee-facing support (think customer service for internal employees)
- Execute repetitive operational tasks with extremely high accuracy
