Job Description:
Drive software-focused projects supporting RF radio testing and compliance in a cross-functional technical environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Translate business requests into epics, stories, and tasks with clear scope and success metrics
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure test-readiness
- Build and manage Gantt-based schedules in ClickUp
- Set up and execute sprints; facilitate daily scrums and track sprint health
- Collaborate with RF labs and compliance teams to align schedules and deliverables
- Publish weekly status reports and lead decision reviews
- Monitor key performance metrics like defect leakage and time to resolution
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- PMP certification (PMI)
- 5 years managing software projects in hardware/embedded/RF environments
- Strong ClickUp skills for planning and dependency tracking
- Proven sprint management, prioritization, and delegation experience
- Excellent communication with the ability to convey risks and decisions effectively
Nice-to-Haves:
- Agile delivery experience; familiarity with Jira or Trello
- Understanding of SDLC; basic familiarity with Python and JavaScript for test tooling concepts
