Compensation Range: $25/hr - $27/hr W2

Job Description:

Join a professional sports organization supporting game presentation and fan engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for producing dynamic video content that enhances the in-stadium experience and strengthens the team's connection with fans across digital and live event platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong shooter and editor with experience creating hype videos, highlight packages, and sports content in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Produce, shoot, and edit game presentation video content including hype videos, player features, promotional content, highlight packages, and in-game entertainment pieces
• Capture live game-day and event footage for use across stadium displays, social media, and marketing initiatives
• Create compelling highlight reels and music-driven content that energizes fans and enhances the game-day experience
• Own projects through the full production lifecycle including concepting, planning, filming, editing, motion graphics, audio, and final delivery
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, game presentation, and external partners to execute content aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Support stadium videoboard content, live production elements, and special event coverage
• Manage multiple projects and tight turnaround timelines in a high-energy sports environment
• Repurpose content across various channels and formats while maintaining quality and consistency

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-5 years of videography and video editing experience
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Portfolio demonstrating hype-style editing, sports content, highlight reels, and music-driven storytelling
• Experience creating content for collegiate athletics, professional sports teams, game presentation, stadium videoboards, or live sporting events
• Experience shooting and editing content in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround deadlines
• Ability to manage projects independently from production through post-production
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and video production workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore and support game-day, evening, and event schedules as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Motion graphics and animation experience within After Effects
• Green screen production experience
• Photography experience
• Experience supporting live broadcasts, live events, or production environments
• Background working with sports marketing, athletic departments, or sports media organizations
