Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
- Understand client hiring needs and position Mondo’s recruiting and talent solutions
- Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver top candidates
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business
- Maintain consistent activity levels including calls, meetings, and pipeline development
- Drive revenue growth through new accounts and account expansion
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals
