Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will focus on managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining client accounts, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiating deals, and account management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Market analysis and customer needs assessment experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is a plus
