Your mission:
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Create and update reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents, as needed.
- Research vendors and collects prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
- Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
- Support the Production Scheduler with the management of raw materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Communicate with all levels of team, including management.
Your profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of clerical experience preferred.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to learn purchasing procedures and policies.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to travel as needed, up to 15% annually
