Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain production schedules for printing and converting operations.
- Plan and manage raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Operations on material availability, equipment readiness, and capacity planning.
- Participate in daily production meetings and support order fulfillment priorities.
- Monitor schedule efficiency, downtime, overtime, and lead-time performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve scheduling efficiency and plant performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing planning experience).
- 3–5 years of production scheduling and materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging, paper, printing, converting, or similar preferred).
- Proven experience managing multi-machine production schedules, raw material planning, and coordinating with procurement in a make-to-order environment.
- Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel; SAP experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement principles, with strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
