What you must bring
- Required: Union experience; expertise in IL6 and lean manufacturing.

- 2 years in manufacturing, with production process exposure.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including work with union employees.
Education
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanics, electrical, manufacturing, or a closely related engineering discipline.
Work schedule
- Shift flexibility across Monday–Friday: morning 6:00am–2:00pm, afternoon 2:00pm–10:00pm, night 10:00pm–6:00am.
- Saturday compensation: $55.53/hr; Sunday compensation: $74.04/hr.
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: $77,000 to $87,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget.
