Function Job Description
In Planning, you will master the art of optimizing the flow of goods across the entire supply chain. This rotation will expose you to critical areas such as demand forecasting, production scheduling, supply planning, and inventory management strategies, all aimed at ensuring products are available where and when consumers want them, efficiently and cost-effectively, minimizing waste and maximizing service.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
Any other location base salary range: $59,800
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

Function Job Description
In Planning, you will master the art of optimizing the flow of goods across the entire supply chain. This rotation will expose you to critical areas such as demand forecasting, production scheduling, supply planning, and inventory management strategies, all aimed at ensuring products are available where and when consumers want them, efficiently and cost-effectively, minimizing waste and maximizing service.
Some of the key responsibilities for a Planning & Demand Intern include:
- Develop and maintain regional demand plans by aggregating inputs from field teams, marketing, and sales to forecast product needs.
- Coordinate supply plans with manufacturing and distribution partners to balance capacity and inventory.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Contribute to the S&OP process by presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and service performance to optimize stock availability and reduce obsolescence.
- Collaborate with procurement to translate demand signals into supplier orders.
- Create scenario analyses for potential disruptions and contingency options.
- Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting key supply chain metrics for leadership.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
