The Savory Sr. Associate Insights & Analytics Manager is responsible for driving the learning agenda and shaping the strategy for a portfolio of exciting Savory brands including Ritz, Triscuit, Wheat Thins, & Premium Saltines. This role will have responsibility of the analytics & insights for these brands and will deliver holistic, data-driven, category and brand-level insights and action plans that have clear business actionability.
Key Responsibilities:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify business opportunities and risks for your key brands, and ensure decisions are made against a background of fundamental category/consumer/shopper/customer knowledge and insight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with marketing partners and other cross-functional teams to ensure strategies and plans are based on sound consumer/market understanding.
- Support in driving the learning agenda and shaping strategies for Ritz & Triscuit.
- Partner with the Savory Insights team on key category-level deliverables across the Savory portfolio (i.e., Equity Tracking, Market Structures, Demand Spaces.)
- Anticipate business and insights needs and continuously develop research plans to address learning needs, such as product and concept testing, packaging evaluation, ad/campaign testing, data insights mining with syndicated tools, and exploratory research.
- Leverage scrappy but effective tools to provide the consumer voice in more quick-turnaround initiatives that require more of a gut check when speed is needed.
- Elevated storytelling skills: integrate data from multiple sources (primary, secondary, & syndicated) to drive foresight & strategy to deliver impactful/implementable insights to Marketing and Innovation.
- Develop relationships with agencies to perfect the research tools in place and/or create new ones to bring more foresight to the organization.
- Progressive experience with 3-7 years of experience in brand-building insights ideally CPG industry and/or consulting.
- Strong data analysis and digital savviness skills (Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, BASES, etc.)
- Effective storytelling skills and business acumen to simplify large and complex data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strategic thinking across brand positioning, communications, and white space/innovation.
- Ability to manage traditional and innovative research approaches with minimal oversight.
