You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How You Will Contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Job specific requirements:
Must be flexible to work any shift - The training schedule will not be the same as the work schedule.
Possibility of employees to be hired to work the Weekend Crew shall be scheduled to work twelve (12) hour shifts on three (3) days each week, during the period Friday - Monday.

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position is $23.46/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.

You independently operate and maintain at least one process; equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma/GED (required)
Job specific requirements:
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.
- Working experience with heavy machines.
- Should be able to operate machines and equipment.
- Ability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment with limited supervision.
- Capable of working effectively as part of a High-Performance Team
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
- Ideal candidates should be mechanically inclined and capable of fixing minor issues on the go.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical and quality checks.
- Should have troubleshooting skills.
