As Director Oreo Equity, you will be responsible for driving cultural relevance through brand partnerships & serve as the lead for the OREO integrated agency team (IAT), delivering omnichannel campaigns and programs along with developing and executing Oreo brand’s strategies across equity, communication, and activation plans. This role is responsible for supporting category P&L delivery by driving improved investment ROI, increased brand health metrics, and efficient execution of integrated media campaigns and partnerships. This will require managing an external agency ecosystem to drive creative excellence and collaborating with the cross functional community to drive business performance.

The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing Media ROI, working with internal and external media partners
- Demonstrate creative communication excellence through deeply understanding consumer behavior, trends & relevant moments in culture and translating this understanding to create a consistent and unique brand voice across all consumer touchpoints
- Work with internal and external partners (e.g., I&A, Nielsen, Agencies) to identify brand and category trends to inform brand health and communications strategy
- Partner with Consumer Insights to deliver key communications/media testing, measurement, and on-going optimization
- Proactively leverage opportunities for brand/celebrity/property partnerships & collaborations
- Partner effectively with internal Oreo brand teams & agency partners to bring plans to life
- Drive P&L / financial performance & A&C Budgets by managing deployment of Oreo media & agency budgets in line with target and making informed prioritization decisions.
- Build long term IMC strategy along with leading & deploying in-year campaigns with excellence

- Leadership experience in creating and deploying effective brand strategies of a global scope and impact for billion-dollar brands/categories
- Consumer & Culture Acumen – Deep understanding and expertise in media comms and equity

- Creative judgement for bold, distinctive output

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics etc.). MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in category management within the CPG industry
- Relevant experience in comms & Equity along with experience of working with agencies
